2. PREPARE FOR ACTION:
Dreams without action are a mere fantasy. So prepare yourself and take step by step action to achieve your dreams. Proper planning prevents poor performance.

In the first week prepare four lists

Dream list
What are dreams?
Sapne to woh nahin hote jo ratme soneke bad ate hai, sapne to who hote hai jo ratme sonehi nahin dete.
How should be the Dream List? Dreams should be SMART.
S Specific
M Measurable
A Achievable
R Realistic
T Time Bound
Divide your dream list in three parts-Short Term(coming 6 months), Middle Term(1 or 2 years), Long Term(5 years).
There should be atleast 15 dreams from each section and the dream list should contain atleast 100 dreams.
DREAMS WITHOUT A DATE IS A FANTASY AND DREAM WITH DATE IS A GOAL..
THE DESIRE FOR SUCCESS SHOULD BE GREATER THAN THE FEAR OF FAILURE.
IF A DREAM FAILS AND BREAKS INTO THOUSAND OF PIECES NEVER BE A FRAID TO PICK UP THOSE PIECES AND BEGIN AGAIN.
Write dreams in present tense and mention date. Put all of your dreams in Uncomfortable Zone.
See your dream list everyday for 10mins-5mins after getting up from bed, 5 min before going to bed.

MOST OF YOUR FEARS ARE TISSUE PAPERS; THEY DON’T EXIST AS SOON AS U WASHES THEM.
Dream list and Fear list should be prepared and should put side by side.
Keep yours Dreams and Fear in front of you because eBIZ is a mirror which shows your weakness and strength.
Guest List
Make a list of all you know. Remember NEVER PREJUDGE.
Who can be your guests? FRIENDS
F–Friends/Foreigners
R–Relative.
I–Individual/Institutive.
E–Enemies/Everybody.
N–Neighbors.
D–Dhoby/DoctorDukandars
S–Strangers,Sablok.

Make the list in the following format:

Guest list should contain minimum 200 names.
Guest list is the raw material of our business. While inviting we have to keep in mind the following points in order
1.Trust factor.
2.Financial Arrangement.
3.Place.
One common mistake everybody commits, that while inviting guests from the GL they used to invite guests with whom they had no touch for very long time. In this case first develop the proper relationship with that guest and then invite him/her.

Write down what forces you to bow your head down infront of eBIZ. Prepare such a WHY list that the time you visualize it you will get ample amount of inner strength, ample amount of self-esteem, and confidence. And this will allow you to be entirely committed, entirely dedicated and to do anything for eBIZ. Mind that your success lies inside your “WHY” s.
The significance of WHY list is given as follows:
IF YOU DON’T KNOW YOUR WHY, YOU WILL NEVER KNOW YOUR HOW.
BE CAREFUL ON WHAT YOU SET YOUR HEART UPON, BECAUSE ONE DAY THAT THING WILL SERIOUSLY BE YOURS.
Guest Follow up List
Keep a record of all the guests, whom you had shown presentation. Date of presentation, type of presentation, reaction of the guests. This will help you for your long term business.

4. INVITATION:
One must always remember the following things while giving invitations
1.Curiosity–You must make your guest curious about eBIZ.
2.Excitement– While giving invitations if your guest finds that you are excited about it, he/she will be much more interested.
3.Confidence–Always remember your guest will join eBIZ seeing confidence level of you not of the presenter.
4.Expression-(Ask the story of the counting horse from your upline)Unite ample amount of expression for invitation because your prospect will see your attitude, not the thing for which you are going to invite him.
Don’t use the following words while giving invitation:
Network Marketing Business, 24 lakhs, 7296, eBIZ.
To know more about invitation refer to Page 78(Point 4) of WTR , Training CD .Don’t forget to ask your upline about Situational Wisdom, Priority Card Method, etc.
5. PRESENTATION(5%):
1.Board & door should be in opposite direction. So that there should not be any problem for a latecomer to other’s concentration.
2.You should create gravity of the presenter to the audience/guests.
3.Always look to your presenter not to your guest. Don’t give importance to your guest or what he or she doing. They should feel that you are very much excited and interested in the presentation.
4.Always appreciate ­–go with the presenter. Show your excitement during 24 lakhs.

5.During the presentation when you say “ I will be available for 5 minutes”, it will increase your gravity.
6.Who had seen 5 presentations (venue + room presentation), should start giving presentation( infront of your upline).
7.Don’t utter the word “ Network Marketing”.
6. FOLLOW UP(95%):
1.Smile. 2.Body Language. 3.Introduce to your senior associate.
Don’t forget to tell what to tell at home. (Movie, Laptop, Circle)[Ask your upline if you don’t know]
7. SIGN UP:
Learn from your upline how to fill up online registration form correctly. Don’t forget to register for the courses immediately.
8. FOLLOW THROUGH:
Best of training is to promote SYSTEM to the new associate and make him/her understand the importance of SYSTEM.(Refer story of Ballon Seller). Know your associate very well. Listen to them.
Core Associate: 1. Is a 100% user.2. Shows at least 45 business plan per month.3. Refer one sell personally per month.4. Teaches everyone in his/her group whatever he/she knows.5. Listens motivational CDs at least 15 minutes daily.6. Read motivational books at least 20 minutes daily.7. Attend seminar and convention.8. Is a team player ,edifies people, counsels them and comes early in the meeting.
